New Feature: Pages & Blogs

We’ve added the ability to add custom pages and blog posts to your JobBoard.io account.

Content marketers, bloggers and SEO experts rejoice! JobBoard.io has a new feature which makes it easier to add additional content to your job board.

Blogging:

Blogging is an essential part of any good marketing strategy.

A blog creates a place to talk about your services, comment on news or market trends, and share company initiatives beyond your website.

The business benefits of blogging are well known – you’ll increase your indexed page count, increase traffic to your job board and attract more candidates and employers.

On our Professional plan, job board owners can post unlimited blogs, which are then listed on your job board blog.

Custom Pages:

With custom pages you can add additional content to your job board in a simple and intuitive way.

On our basic plan owners can have a maximum of two custom pages – great for additional information about your job board.

On our Professional plan, you can add unlimited custom pages. For example, add a press page, add additional details about each of your pages or add a page full of advice for potential candidates.

You can then instantly add these new pages to your navigation, using our improved ‘Custom Navigation’ feature. Simply select the page you’d like to add to your navigation and hit save:

Here are some ideas for how you can use this feature:

  1. Post regular blogs with career advice for candidates
  2. Feature one of your employers every week with an interview
  3. Add a ‘Press’ page to your job board, so journalists can find your latest press pack quickly
  4. Add a ‘Candidate Advice’ page to improve the quality of your applications

We’re thrilled with the new pages and blogs feature and can’t wait to see how it improves your revenue and conversions. Got any feedback? Click the ‘chat’ icon and let us know your thoughts!
